Sarah had a very good visit at the pediatrician today even though she did not like getting another round of shots. Joella and I knew that she was growing, but we were pleasantly surprised when Sarah weighed in at 10 pounds and 9 ounces. Both her weight gain and head size were very good and she is just a little behind in length at around 21 inches. All of this information was wonderful news and it has been great seeing Miss Sarah grow out of some of her first outfits.
Sarah has slept for more than six hours straight a couple of nights this past week so hopefully it will start a trend. We bundle up our little burrito in her wrap (aka straight jacket) and it helps Sarah to settle down and sleep. She sure can wiggle, though, because every night and every morning we find that she has wiggled to some corner of the crib. Wish us luck for the next few days because I hope that the shots don't make Sarah too fussy.
